Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Track & Trace code.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–12 business days (total estimated delivery time: 4–14 business days).

  • Business days do not include weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or public holidays.

  • While we do our best to meet these estimated times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier schedules, seasonal peaks, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

We're offering free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping or delivery fees will be charged at checkout.

Multiple Fulfillment Centers & Global Shipping

To offer you the best selection of curated fashion, we ship our products from multiple regional fulfillment centers located in the United States, the European Union, Australia, and Asia.

What this means for your order:

Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched in separate packages depending on stock availability in our regional warehouses.

Tracking Information: Depending on your shipment, you may receive individual Track & Trace links for each package in your order as soon as it is shipped. 

Unified Delivery Timeline: Regardless of which warehouse your item originates from, our total estimated delivery time remains 4–14 business days (1–2 business days handling + 3–12 business days transit).

Incorrect delivery address

Carefully check your address details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrectly provided delivery address.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and applicable tariffs are included in the prices displayed at checkout. Customers will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.
